Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: All items are made to order, completely folded by hand and are shipped within 2-3 days, often sooner. We ship via USPS. From ship date, Priority mail takes 2-3 days to deliver, and 1st class takes 3-5 days for delivery.
Q: Do you accept International orders?
A: YES! International orders are welcomed.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept all major credit cards through PayPal, and automatic PayPal transfer payments through PayPal as well. You do not have to create a PayPal account to pay with a credit card through PayPal. Simply choose (in the left bottom column when paying and once transferred to PayPal) that you do not have a PayPal account and you want to pay by credit card. Just ignore the right side that asks you to log in if you have a PayPal account. If you do have a PayPal account then feel free to log in and pay that way. PayPal is quick, easy, and secure credit card processor.
Q: Will you send an order confirmation?
A: Of course! We want to keep you updated on your entire order process. We will send you an order confirmation letter via e-mail right after purchase. It includes you order number and confirms the shipping information you provided. The e-mail also lists each product your ordered and the price. You will also receive an email notification once your order has shipped. This e-mail will contain the USPS tracking number for your package.
Q: Can I track my package once it has shipped?
A: Yes, once your package has shipped you will receive an email notification that will include your tracking number

A: Yes, you can have an order shipped to another address. Simply put this address in the Ship To spot when ordering.
